Paige joins NetBase Quid with 20 years’ experience in technology and marketing, working to sell enterprise application solutions and manage trusted customer relationships.
Prior to his current role, Leidig was CMO for CipherCloud where he was responsible for all aspects of marketing and helped lead the company from the early stage to a leader in the cloud security market. Leidig has also worked in senior management positions at SAP, Ariba, Elance, and E*Trade.
Bob Goodson is President of NetBase Quid and was previously the founder and CEO of Quid – a ground-breaking AI company, which merged with NetBase in January 2020.
Bob is a recognized leader and strategist in the design and go-to-market of new technologies: he has advised senior executives at the world’s largest retail, semiconductor, consulting, and consumer electronics companies. Before starting Quid, Bob was the first employee and product designer at Yelp (NYSE: YELP).
Bob has spoken at the Annual Meeting in Davos on topics including “Technology for Shared Returns” and “AI for Good”. He delivered the keynote speech at the University of Oxford’s Augmented Humanity Conference in 2015, called “The 100-Year Revolution in What It Is to Be Human.”
Bob is EVP of Corporate Development at NetBase Quid responsible for strategy, partnerships and M&A. Bob has almost 40 years of experience leading technology companies that serve blue chip enterprise customers. Prior to NetBase Quid, Bob served as an Industry Solutions VP at Hewlett-Packard. His other roles included CEO of Cydelity, an online fraud detection solution vendor, EVP and COO of ArcSight, VP at EDS/ATKearney focusing on strategic consulting, and a VP at Oracle leading application solutions and consulting services. Bob started his career as a management consultant with Booz-Allen, delivering business strategies and implementations of major enterprise systems and a systems integrator at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Cassie has 10 years of experience in Customer Success & Data Intelligence. Cassie has a master’s in science for Marketing Analytics & Research. She’s worked with NetBase Quid’s largest clients over the years to develop winning strategies in AI driven consumer and market intelligence. Cassie brings a wealth of passion and technical truth to any conversation. Cassie currently leads our Customer Experience team, owning Global Support, Product Delivery, Education, Certification, Engagement and Customer Intelligence. She hobbies by running, home renovations, partner dancing, and arial yoga.
Seujan is Chief Operating Officer and responsible for Account Management, Business Analytics, Customer Success, Customer Experience, Consulting and Professional Services.
She a deep passion for ensuring her customers are wildly successful. She is a strategic and innovative executive with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer success. In her last role at OpenMarket (an Amdocs company), she drove 30%+ YoY revenue growth over three years through strategic planning and hands-on executive leadership and direction, resulting in a successful divestiture and purchase in 2020.
Seujan is a performance-driven culture leader and has extensive experience leading change, growth and transformation at some of the most successful companies in the world. She has built, led and scaled functionally and geographically diverse teams at Starbucks, Tableau and OpenMarket to deliver the highest level of services for customers and employees. She is an executive sponsor and indefatigable advocate for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. She strongly believes that a diverse and inclusive company culture is a critical foundation for the continued success of any organization.
Seujan has an MBA from Seattle University and has continued as a mentor for their Albers School of Business and Economics graduate student program. Additionally she has an MA in Social Science from Binghamton University and a BA in Education from West Chester University. She recently served on the Board of Directors for the Seattle Credit Union and continues to engage in programs and initiatives to enable a more diverse Board of Directors.
In her spare time, she trains for endurance running events, and she and her wife are currently repeating Basic Manners class with their exuberant rescue pittie mix puppy.
Carmen is a founding partner of Spring Lake Equity Partners. Prior to founding Spring Lake, Carmen served as a Partner in Tudor Investment Corporation’s private equity group, the predecessor to Spring Lake, since 1996. Carmen has focused on growth companies in the software, internet/digital media, business services and financial technologies sectors. He currently sits on the boards of NetBase Solutions, Inc., Educate Online, Inc., RBM Technologies, Inc., and Batanga, Inc. Prior investments where Carmen served as a director or was actively involved include Art Technology Group, Chordiant Software, GAIN Capital, TractManager, Velocity, Vurv, and Wimba.
Carmen worked previously as an associate at Triumph Capital Group, Inc., a private equity firm in Boston. Prior to that, he was an assistant to the founder and CEO of Boston Concessions Group and was a corporate finance analyst for Drexel Burnham Lambert, Inc. Carmen earned a Masters
in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Economics from Harvard University.
Michael Patsalos-Fox joined Cognizant’s Board of Directors in July 2012 and was elected Chairman of the Board in September 2018. He is the former Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Vidyo, Inc., a video telehealth platform provider, a position he held from 2014 to 2019, and the former Chief Executive Officer of Stroz Friedberg, Inc., a global cyber security firm, a position he held from 2013 to 2016.
Until February 2013 Michael was a Senior Partner at global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, where he worked for 32 years. During his tenure at McKinsey, Michael served on its Board of Directors for 12 years. He also served on the firm’s Operating Committee. Michael led the Americas Region, the New York and New Jersey offices, the North American Corporate Finance and Strategy practice and the European Telecoms practice. From 2009 through June 2012 Michael led McKinsey’s new business growth opportunities around data, analytics and software.
Born in Cyprus, Michael has lived in Australia, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences and Pure Mathematics from Sydney University in Australia and an MBA degree with distinction from the International Institute of Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Lauren is an experienced technology executive having spent her career at IBM addressing complex business challenges in a broad variety of roles including technology, strategy, transformation, sales and talent development. Prior to her retirement, she was Vice President, Strategy and Transformation for IBM Software Group, responsible for the sales force strategy for the company’s multibillion-dollar software business. Previously, she was a leader in IBM’s transformation to cloud computing serving as Chief Technology Officer in corporate strategy.
Currently, Ms. States serves as an independent director on the publicly held corporation boards of Clean Harbors, Inc. (NYSE:CLH), Diebold Nixdorf (NYSE:DBD) and Webster Financial Corporation (NYSE:WBS). She also serves as a Director for Code Nation and as a Trustee for International House, NY.
She holds a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Certificate in Business Excellence from Columbia University Business School Executive Education and completed a Fellowship with Harvard University’s Advanced Leadership Initiative in 2015.
Greg Creed was Chief Executive Officer of Yum! Brands from January 2015 to December 2019 and served as a Director of the Board from November 2014 to May 2020. Mr. Creed retired after a successful 25-year career with the Company. He has more than 40 years of extensive global experience in marketing and operations with leading packaged goods and restaurant brands.
Previously, Mr. Creed was head of Taco Bell, the nation’s leading Mexican-style quick service restaurant chain. He was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Taco Bell in early 2011 after serving as President and Chief Concept Officer and was responsible for driving overall brand strategy and performance of the business in the U.S. and internationally. He has held various roles with the Company including Chief Marketing Officer at Taco Bell where he spearheaded the “Think Outside the Bun” campaign and new product introductions that generated strong sales and profit growth for five consecutive years, as well as Chief Operating Officer for Yum!.
Creed earned a business degree from Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in Brisbane, Australia, was named the 2014 QUT Alumnus of the Year, was awarded an honorary doctorate in 2019 and currently serves as President of The Friends of QUT in America Foundation. He serves on the Board of Directors for Whirlpool Corporation where he Chairs the Human Resources Committee, Aramark Corporation, NetBase Quid and Girls Inc. He is also a member of the American Society of Corporate Executives (ASCE).
As President of U.S. Retail Operations, Kip Knight is responsible for driving service delivery of tax and financial services to the company’s 14.5 million U.S. retail clients throughout its nationwide network of company and franchise offices.
Knight joined H&R Block in 2012 and served as President, International and President, Franchise Operations. Prior to joining H&R Block, Knight’s 30-year career has included senior management and marketing positions with P&G, PepsiCo and eBay. Knight started in marketing research at Burke Marketing Research and has since worked in over 65 countries. He spent 10 years in brand management at Procter and Gamble and worked for 10 years in PepsiCo’s international restaurant division where served as General Manager of North Latin America and the first head of marketing for KFC International. Knight also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Taco Bell.
From 2002 until 2008, Knight worked at eBay, the world’s largest e-commerce site. He was Vice President of marketing for eBay, North America. Knight is founder of the U.S. Marketing Communication College at the U.S. State Department that trains diplomats on marketing strategy and implementation. Knight is currently on the Board of Directors at Quiznos. He earned his B.S. degree from Louisiana State University in marketing and his MBA from the University of Cincinnati.
Don Butler is a Managing Director with Thomvest Ventures. Don’s 20 year career spans a variety of roles with emerging growth technology companies. Don began his career doing investment banking at Lehman Brothers, where he worked on a number of initial public offerings as well as mergers and acquisitions. Don then did business development on behalf of a number of start-ups in the software and networking industries as a consultant with Asia Pacific Ventures.
Don is currently on the Board of Directors for Axcient, Milyoni, NetBase, scanR, and YottaMark. Don has a B.A. in Chinese from UCLA and M.A.s in both East Asian Studies and Political Science from Stanford.
Joe Russell is the Chief Financial Officer of NetBase Quid
Joe specializes in scaling SaaS technology companies and has extensive M&A, operational and product strategy experience. Prior to NetBase Quid, Joe held CFO roles for BrightEdge Technologies and TalentWave. Joe also led Finance for Piston Cloud Computing, which was acquired by Cisco. Joe also held several senior operating finance roles at VMware and Yahoo!. Joe started his career in investment banking, working for GCA focused on M&A and Credit Suisse First Boston in its Technology M&A Group.
Joe has an MBA from Wharton, an MSc in Accounting from the London School of Economics, and a BS in Economics from the University of Washington.

Peter Caswell, a Silicon Valley veteran, brings to NetBase Quid more than 25 years of experience driving operational excellence, financial discipline and exponential revenue growth throughout technology organizations.
As CEO of Siperian, Peter was responsible for the overall strategic direction, growth and management of the company. He drove the business to operating profitability and grew revenue by seven times in three years before selling to Informatica for more than $130mm in January 2010.
Previously Caswell served as the CEO at Enkata Technologies and Advent Software where he grew the business 42 percent per year for nine years and achieved more than $2.5B in market capitalization. He has held executive sales and marketing positions with MSA (a Dun & Bradstreet Software company) and Hogan Systems. Peter holds the equivalent of an MBA in Management Studies and a BA in Agriculture from the Seale Hayne College in the United Kingdom.
